Resting HR: 60. Sleep: 7 hr.
Warmed up with Tim and Austin since no one else wanted to go outside, talked about our breaks, stretch, drills, hurdle walkovers, striders.
Veale Track
Two mile time trial, started out right on Carter's heels and in a 34, a bit fast but I was just looking to run with him, which I did for a few more laps, fade back a bit, and Teare eventually caught me, finished 3rd out of the group in a decent but nowhere spectactular time, somewhat disappointed but have plenty of track season to go, pit stop
Veale Track
6 * 400m w/200m recovery, with Carter, Teare, and Wade, at or slower than the pace we just ran, turned out to be a bit quicker, got to get used to the track again, lead the 4th interval, splits: 75, 77, 75, 74, 76, 74.
Veale Track
Had to take another pit stop after a mile of my cooldown, stretch, Bear+2, butt exercises, team-building exercises and dinner at the pool.
