Comments:
Ran easy today at 10 with the entire distance team. Everyone just kinda started together and then people peeled off for whatever they needed. Ran with Grogan Tim and Ethan Tere for most of it. Felt kinda tired for most of it. My legs were real tired. Had a good conversation about stuff on the way out with Bobby. We need to get things sorted out.
