Comments:
Warmed up 2 miles. 2 mile time trial. Went pretty well. Ran faster than in the fall. Probably could have gone a little faster but I made the mistake of not taking the pre-race poop. Oh well. Followed it up with 6 x 400 with 200m rest. Ran all of them between 80 and 85s. I was pretty tired by the time I finished. Only cooled down 1 mile. Did abs and stretched.
