Half Miler's Workout

Got out a little earlier today so I could run more of the warmup, felt pretty sluggish. 50 second run I got boxed out so that was shitty too, got the 300 pole. Then did a 200 as part of the relay, got stomped by all the sprinters haha. Then the workout was 3x300, 4x200, 3x150. Walked a 100m in between 300s, jogged a 100m then walked a 100m in between 200s and jogged across the field in between 150's and 400m jog in between the 300s and 200s. Actually felt kinda good for all of them, especially the 300s I was quite surprised. Probably gonna be longer intervals tomorrow, we'll see how that goes. Getting to be very consistent with my interval times, good sign I think.
