mlk tempo? I guess so

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Didnt really know what to do today, so I did my own little workout. I guess this wasnt as much compared to the one last week. Warm up to MLK, 1 mi out, 3 min rest, 1 mi back. Then 2 mi cool down back to veale.

I felt fine after heating downstairs. The warm up was no problem. Started to feel a little tight in the drills in the MLK parking lot. Really cruised on the run, but I could feel it. Felt impeding more than painful. Tight up along the whole side. I think about whats wrong too much. Time to go with the flow and let things happen.

Got back, and did the circuit with Jeff (med balls and sand jumping things). Havnt done any strength, but I am recovering, so it shouldnt interfere. Then went down and did back and hammies. Hip was a bit too sore. Stretched and did planks afterward upstairs. Ice bath to finish it off.

Meeting tomorrow with coach. See whats happening in the next month or so. I would like to get my swimming schedule worked out. I feel like 45 and 3 swims should be good training.
