Split tempo mile workout

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: MLK was kinda icy but otherwise it was pretty good weather

Comments:
Ran down to MLK for a split tempo workout today. I was much warmer in the afternoon that this morning.
Ran split tempo miles with 2 min rest in between coach told us to shoot for 5:30 for the intervals. We were fast on all of them but I felt really in control on all of them except the first half of the last two before we relaxed and slowed it down. The last one I did alone and I'm gonna have to work on tempoing solo if I'm going to go that more often cuz I ran probably way too fast.
After we came back we did 4x200 at predicted race pace on the indoor track. Those were kinda fast too but they just felt right. Didn't really move until the last hundred of the final 200.
Splits: 30.13, 30.97, 30.13, 28.86
Pretty tired overall though. Practice was real long since we had to learn the lifts
