With Tim, drills in Veale before the warmup, talked about past workouts and the upcoming season.
MLK
3 * 10 min tempo w/ 3 min recovery, MLK was partially cleared, a couple of ice patches, got my left toes wet by stepping through some ice about 800m into the workout, didn't really notice it much, beautiful weather, with Tim until the last one when I pulled ahead a little bit, glad to have Coach watching the workout, felt pretty good about it and enjoyed myself
MLK to Veale
Jog back to Veale, talked to Tim about a social experiment that I was thinking about.
Veale Track
3 * 400m @ race pace w/ 400m recovery, lead the first two and Tim lead the last one, tried to hit around 75, splits: 75, 75, 72, stride feeling more smooth.
Veale Track
Short cooldown since I have to hit only 46 miles this week, lift, stretch, 30 "old" Eagle, tried to ice bath but the training room was closed for administrative time.
