Comments:
Watched the BCS championship. Really had to grind this one out. Took a short break to stretch and tend to a blistering toe at 14 and 20. No particular problems other than the blister and fatigue. Stomach was a bit funny toward the end with nausea likely related to the gel Miles (5,11,16)and fatigue. Drank about 60/20. Definitely a bit dehydrated afterwards with a mild headache. Will go for another 20+ mile run at the end of this week.
