Today was my day to plan the workout
haha.
and i couldnt be there either.
i still did it, just by my self
haha.
it was a 40min. run,
40 pushups (ouch)
25 jacknives
and 50sec. of regular crunches.
i was feelin the burn!
haha.
then i went home and ate chips :/
haha.
Tomaro is Meghans day...uh-oh!
haha hopefully she wont try to kill me!
