Comments:
All activities cancelled after school, still went down and did intervals on my own. Had Leonard tagging along on the warmup sadly, slowed me down alot. Legs are kinda sore from yesterday, especially in the quads. Discovered Dave was also down there. He did 200's and 150's, Leonard did the hill interval we always did during xc and I did 2(4x400) with a 100m jog after each one, 100m walk in between. After the 1st set did a 500m recovery and after the last one did a 200m jog then a half mile cooldown. Very consistent today, all were either 74 or 75 except for the last one. I really gotta fix this speed thing, Im not nearly as fast as I was before break. Hopefully distance tomorrow.
