Tyler and I did 6x800 today on the indoor track. Goal time was 2:22 and we had 2 minutes rest. The workout was pretty easy, although my legs are a little sore already since I haven't run this quick in a while or run on the indoor track. It's definitely good to get a quick workout indoors before we race on Saturday.
