2 mile warm-up
Prep: like last time, 600-800cal meal 2.5 hours before. 300+ cal within last hour. Only this time I didn't bring any gu, but I did have a cup of coffee and one of PCC's weird energy supplement juices two hours before. Needless to say I was wired. Saved over a minute and a half off and felt overall much better. Run was relatively same time of day...
More acidic system did hurt my stomach a little up til mile 5.
Negative splits again, close to 38 at halfway.. felt like flying last little push.
