Weather: Cold but clear with little breeze
Comments:
Very slow run to build endurance,legs felt comfortable for most of it but 90 mins is a long time to be running. Pace was very slow as I'm trying to keep heart rate down with little success but I'll keep at it. It was a great day for a run, a crisp,cold day which was great for most of it.Legs hurt quite a bit later but there you go.Good fun.
