Comments:
1 mile warmup on the icy track then did some interval work on the football field. 50 Second run, 30 second, 20 second then 10 second then 3 minutes. Before the 3 minutes had 5 lengths of the field then in the 3 minutes got in 5 more. Wind was a pain in the ass, plus running on the uneven ground was annoying too. After that went up to the fitness center and ran on the treadmill. Worked down from 8 flat to 6 flat pace. Majority of the run at 7:30 pace, last mile started at 9mph, last half was 10mph. Besides the excessive amount of sweat that was dripping off me, it felt nice. Legs kept hitting the bar thing, Im just too fast c;
