Comments:
Easy warmup, track was more cleared off today, alot easier to run. After Dave gave us his pump up speech and basically said we could do what we want just ran a 2 miler at a little quicker pace then normal. Felt alright actually. Then got some striders in and alot of stretching. 1 more mile easy and finished up. To be honest, very nervous about tomorrow. Havent raced in about 4-5 weeks due to getting sick. Lost some speed so its the 4x8 that mainly scares me tomorrow, we'll see how it goes. Just gonna do my best, try and run like a man.
