Comments:
It was pretty cold and windy outside today, especially out in the country. I was still pretty tired from that hurdle workout we did yesterday, but we didn't run super hard. Our first tempo mile was only 6:10, and we finished 5 with a total time of 29:10. The hills made it a pretty solid workout, but this wasn't supposed to be real hard with the race coming up on Saturday.
