ran a warmup from DC to Horse Fork 2.5 miles
1 minute fast-1 min. rec. 1 min. fast-1 min. 2 min. recovery-3 min. out and back in @ 5K race pace. 3 min. recovery. 1 min. fast-1min. recovery. 1 min. fast. 6 minutes recovery and then repeat the whole workout.
We covered around 3.25 miles for the workout. 2.5 miles back to DC. good tough workout. today
