Definitely better, maybe the core and bosu work is starting to pay off. Nice low HR today, getting into shape now. My weight (145)is already down and I haven't put that many miles in yet, I'd like to target 142-ish by the race. I was/am pretty sore from the nordic skiing yesterday. Probably hit Catamount again tomorrow and then 8 miles on Sunday.
