WU 7miles indoor, then to Mayfield Hill
15*200 Mayfield hills, jog down recovery
CD to Veale, Day 2 lift, stretch
I planned on this being a easy-moderate workout through previous conversations with CoachL, but this ended up being more of a moderate workout (1 to 5 scale, instead of a 2 this was a 3). It wasn't that bad though. The first 13 were moderate efforts and I sprinted the last 2 since our group had dwindled down and we ceased alternating leaders as we had done for the first 12.
