With Tim, Carter, Teare, Eric, Mercer, Wade, and Corey, glad that some people waited around for me to get out of class at 4:50

Mayfield Hill
12 * 200m w/downhill recovery, originally supposed to be 10 * 400m hills, but Coach didn't shovel all the way up the hill, indian run style, intensity was more than the previous group according to Coach, felt pretty good through about 8 and then started feeling a bit sore, led the 5th interval, time listed is non-stop from the start of the first one until the recovery of the last one
