Comments:
1st time racing in 6 weeks, last time was kutztown invite. Needless to say I was quite nervous about my events. 4x8 just went out with the pack and actually ran a good race. Gilman bitch was pushing me and trying to get in front of me, just pushed him away and surged away each time. Actually kinda pleased with the way I ran, would have liked it to be a 2:15 though but hey, got 2nd for my leg of the race. In the mile just did the same thing and got out with the front pack, was comfortably in 4th for 3 or 4 laps then CHC surged around me, once we got off the curve got him back. Surged whenever the guy in front of me did so pretty pleased with that. Only bad thing was shoulda started out faster and shoulda started my kick earlier. Got 3rd by a tenth of a second, 2nd place was literally right there. Other than that good day, PR too. Championships is when Im going sub 5, for sure.
