Comments:
Trying to stretch my short-fast runs into the middle distance. Did pretty well with this one. Had some stomach problems toward the end which neccessitated a brief bathroom break (one advantage of running indoors). I am indicating only the running time and distance, with the break about 2 more minutes would be added. Will look for an outdoor long run durin the 3 day weekend.
