Sore as hell from yesterday, just reaaaaaaaal easy today. After the run did some heavy stretching and 5x80m strides. Felt nice to open my stride to full length. Another good week, especially mileage wise. As of right now the plan for tomorrow is a slow long run. Next week is gonna be tough, 3 meets in a row which is not only gonna equal some tough races but lower mileage :/ Oh, also of note. Got the new RW's magazine last night, it heavily suggested introducing yoga into one's training regimen. Think im gonna do it actually.
