5p; went up by Belvoir. not sleeping much last night left me feeling crappy until about 1:25:00 in and then I just floated along for about 10 minutes. the soreness in my upper thighs, hips, and back all melted away and I rolled along at about 6:20 pace for about 1.5 miles. definitely a runner's high that made this run worthwhile. the wind wasn't pleasant on the way back. not a true long run, that's about 2 hours now; and not close to the long run distance I put in over break, so we'll see what I get in tomorrow
