Everyone ran so good! Incredibly solid first meet
team warmup and drills, 12 minute warm up and drills, 200, 10 minute warm up and stretch
200 was a differnet experience. never raced anything below a 400, so wasnt sure what to expect. felt like i was going as fast as i could at the time but after doubted that and asked i could have gone harder. i guess i thought it was fun at the time, because i didnt realize i was smiling the whole race? Anyway, a good way to start out the season!
