Comments:
slept until 4, incredibly sore from sleeping on the floor. 5 minute warmup and stretch, 35 minute after. didnt want to completley feel like i was slacking so put good effort into it. long stretch after with crunches, planks, and strengthening. will hold off with usual weights until tuesday.
