sunday swim returns

Ahh back to the sunday swimming routine. Love it. Got there as veale opened. Did a 5 min kick warm up, 35 min swim, then 5 min cool down. Dixon showed up midway through, and Justine was there too. Did underwater swim every 6th lap. Felt good. Not very tired at the end but I was tight in the right side.

After swimming, did 3 hammies, some down in the pool area and some up at the track. Then I stretched and did planks while chatting with Grogan CKells and Dixon. Eavesdropped on the Brandeis BBall team meeting at halftime. The coach was ripping those kids a new one... Looks like the Spartans won. Legit. I decided to skip walkthroughs today because I was kinda sore. I am fine with doing the full thing once a week for now.
