Weather: cool and windy

Comments:
Did an a RCA loop in the morning. Didn't double today. I'm so pumped. This is the first race of the season where I'm actually going to feel great! We clocked a mile on this run and we actually went pretty fast, like 6 minute pace. Finished off the run with 2 strides just to loosen up.
