after getting home from the weekend in Lexington i got out of the car put on my running stuff and ran 7 miles, going from home to the turkey and back home. wanted to start out very ez and do 10 second drop downs per mile. not fast just consistent drop downs. well maybe fast for me anymore. i went 8:47..8:25..8:09..8:01..8:09..8:06..8:04 and finished up with a 7:20 mile. covering 7 in 56:55
good run for me.
