Went with Marisa on a lovely night run! We went along macarthur up to Manning place, back to the end of macarthur w/ a little strider/burst in the middle, then up 44th st to resevoir and up back to my house! Felt REALLY good. the pace was brisker than usual, but didnt feel it at all during the run. the whole time felt like work but not hard at all, conversational the whole time. really good run over all! I think this qualifies as a cruise =) well do strength work later tonight!
