Second long run of the week so I made it a bit of a step back. Had a bit of a cold for the last couple days and didn't feel especially strong. Got comfortable from about 6 miles in. Drank 70/10. Gel at 5 and 11. Short water refill break at 14.5 but otherwise all the time was on the mill. Will see what the weather holds for the week ahead.
