Legs still really sore and tired, no pop to them at all. Plan was to do this warmup then some intervals but the warmup just felt horrible and even while stretching my legs hurt. So after stretching and going through the strides just walked home. I think I may have gone a little overboard with increasing my mileage too fast. Gonna scale it back this week.
