the season starts soon. I upped the ante. Finally joined a gym and got a personal trainer. So far.. I'll describe it as intelligently intense meets posh.
Cool stuff. Ropes course, decent cycling studio, sand pit.. lots of stuff I don't even have any clue what its for???
Basic maintence today after hill workout
Bulgarian Split Squat @ 40 4x10
Side Lunge @ 35 4x20
Step Up @ 80 4x20
Tri-Extend @ 20 4x8
Lat Pull @ 165 3x12
some pylo work and stretching
