Comments:
felt good, my legs were really tired but the rest of me felt like i wasnt even really doing a workout. it was sorta weird. 2 minutes rest between. first one was 6:11 and then 6:03...the second one was more even 6:07 to 6:03.
Next week im going to try and add another 1/2 miles.
