Comments:
same workout as last week, 3 times 10:00 minutes only 2:00 rest, as i recall 3:00 rest last week. started early with chris wade and mitchell because we only did 1 mile warm-up. felt okay for the first two, but on the last one i started to lose mitchell and chris wade, not sure what it was, my stomach wasnt doing too good, but my legs were tired too. still finished relatively close behind them.
