Split tempo round 2!

Comments:
Wake up 1 to veale then 2 to mlk. 4 x 10 minutes at tempo pace. I'm not quite sure of the exact pace but it was a good workout. Heading back was tough with the wind at us but I felt real good until the end of the last so that was good. It felt better than last week with less rest. Then 1 cool down abs hips lifting stretching icing.
