MLK on MLK

Comments:
Warmed up with another really random set of exercises that as someone put it (I think it was Bobby): "My shoulders are all set for this". Ran 3 x tempo mile on MLK with 1min rest. Talked about this weekend's meet. Looking forward to the chance to see where I am in the mile. I just have to not let myself slack off mentally. Also, nice to have earlier practice with time for the essentials afterward.

Splits: (5:42-44, 5:46, 5:55ish) These are around the same as last week, but with a little more mental effort due to the reduced rest.

Lifts: Week 2 Day 1; right knee was a little sore during these so I iced it, but shouldn't be an issue.


Abs: 2x15Eagle

Nice long stretch and roll session after all was said and done before heading to fribley.
