Comments:
Pool ran 30min over lunch time. Felt FINE. Didn't stretch much, per Jeff's recommendation.
HOWEVER-- I finally realized I've been BRACING MY LEG -- trying protect it by tensing it ALL THE TIME, including w/running. THIS, if anything, is KEEPING IT INJURED!!!
