Comments:
We did 5x1000 on the outdoor track today. There was some ice on each turn that we had to run around, but overall the track was in pretty good shape. This one felt pretty good. I got my heart rate up high and was breathing heavy, but it never felt hard and I recovered super quick in between intervals.
