meet up with some Zum cyclists.. cool contacts to be, some instructors, racers, and a guy who sponsors his own team...
Workout was king of the mountain... when we did rest it was for like 90seconds.. before doing sprint sets and hitting the climb again. Had no idea what to expect. Punishment!!
Half-way through, our instructor yelled 'the new guys' a mountain goat... alright keep pace' yeah... just a little pressure.
I've never felt so shot after a workout.. a race, yeah maybe...
Solid 45min cool down hoping that my legs will return to somewhat normal tomorrow..
