Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
I was tired this morning, but I still had a lot of motivation to get out the door. Again, thanks to Blaire and Justine, I got into the pool right on time. I was literally the only one there. Did 10 min kick, 15 min aqua jog, 15 min swim, then 5 min cool down kicking. Felt good overall not too tired afterward though.
Did 2 hammies and then stretched briefly in the shower. I did more stretching when I got back to the dorm.
