Comments:
snowy and crap, but not too cold today. killian was feeling bold (sorta) so we did a small hero hills workout. good stuff. once nice and easy for a warmup and to show the newbies where to go, then 3 laps at i would say a pretty decent pace. turns out the whole lap is a mile and a half, so thats pretty kool. first one around 10:20, second more more like 10:50, then last for me was like 9:50ish, i really pushed it i think. felt good in a way, legs still dead from the meet and the snowstorm stopped us from running yesterday but it was still a good day.
