Comments:
Legs a bit tired after hard run this morning. Settled in around 3.5 and picked up pace through the end. Not too hard but was enough after the morning run. Tried out a pair of new shoes, Brooks Trance 9's. They felt really good. A very soft landing and no uncomfortable places. Drank about 15oz water.
