5 by 3:00 minutes hard with 3:00 rest again this week. went much better than last week. ran most of it with mitchell, we were trying to hit 77's for the 400, but i managed to be at about 74-75ish pace for the last one, getting faster with each one. and i'm really ready to roll, even though i'm still in build up mode as far as mileage goes, i think i can manage at least close to a pr performance, with less opportunities to race in track, i've learned not to waste them. track has also been my more consistent sport, so i want that to carry over. i've set my goals kind of high, but i'm sticking to them.

dont know how far we went in the workout, but my cool down may have been long so it likely evens out.
