Ankle hurt a considerable amount so i didn't want to over do it on the track. So I did a bike workout with Austin. Went well. My legs felt worked afterward so i guess i did it right. Did a 15 minute rowing warm-up. That was interesting. Cooled-down 2 miles with Carter, then did abs with Chris Wade and Blaire.
