10:45a; 6 miles @ 8.5mph on the treadmill @ +.5 incline, knocked it down to a 10mph the last quarter mile. sore lower back, probably from workout yesterday.
then steeple flexibility and hurdle mobility (lead leg * 7 and trail leg * 7, @ 24", 27", 30").
