Weather: Back to how its been normaly. Snowed pretty light the whole time

Comments:
Ran alone around Warrensville loop after lab got out early again today. Felt pretty bad to start kinda carying over from yesterday. But at about 2 and a quarter miles something just clicked and now I feel confident and excietd and ready to go on Saturday and it feels great! Finished up the run a little quicker but not too bad. I'm pretty sore from the lifting and workout yesterday.
6x100 strides, hurdles, static 2 and roll
