solid hour warm up... still only 80% that hill session Tuesday killed me.

1 min sprint + 30sec recovery + 30 sec max effort + minute recovery = 1 set.
5 sets to open and 5 sets at end.
Middle = 5 min tempo ride w/ few rolling hills with 1 minute rest for about a half hour.
