Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
i slept for about 4 hours and woke up at 8 then couldn't go back to sleep cause my legs were tight, so i just went and got my run over with. i feel fine now so i'm probably gonna go back to bed and sleep til 2. i plan on lifting tonight too so i get in 2 lifts for the week.
