This was a struggle. I need to start eating better for these long runs. Didn't feel real strong through first 10 miles. Got a surge from 10 to 18 and then dragged to the end. Walked a quarter mile at 14 19 and 21. Need to run more days each week, this 2 and 3 days of 7 is not adequate. Drank about 70/25. Gel at 5, 10, 15 and 20. Will see if I can get outside for the last 2 long runs. Oh, ran with new shoes which are amazing. Very comfortable with no rubbing.
